Dana Guerra founded Provision Family Insurance with a simple belief: insurance should still be built around relationships, not transactions.

It means getting to know the people and businesses she serves, understanding what they are building and what is changing in their lives, and becoming the trusted insurance resource they can turn to as their needs evolve. Whether protecting a family, a home, a growing business, or the many things people work hard to build, her goal is not simply to write a policy—it is to earn the opportunity to become your insurance person.

That philosophy also shapes the kind of agency Dana is building for its producers. She believes independent agents should have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships and meaningful careers without sacrificing their families and the lives they are working so hard to protect. At Provision Family Insurance, flexibility comes with responsibility, and growth is earned through performance, service, and a genuine commitment to clients.

That includes Charlotte, Provision Family Insurance’s AI Receptionist, who brings another welcoming presence to the agency. Charlotte is available to greet callers, learn how the agency can help, and gather the information needed to connect clients and prospective clients with the right member of the team. She extends the agency’s accessibility while the relationships, guidance, and insurance expertise remain personal.

Provision Family Insurance is also a family business. Dana’s son, Jake Sawyer, is a co-owner of the agency and is developing his insurance career from the ground up. Dana believes leadership, responsibility, and opportunity should be earned through experience, performance, and commitment to the people and businesses the agency serves. Her hope is to build something capable of serving families and businesses—and creating opportunities for the people who serve them—for generations.
